Founded by Sonya A. Ogletree, JD/MBA—an attorney, U.S. Air Force veteran, author, consultant, podcast host, and public speaker—QCP creates books, essays, podcasts, video series, educational resources, and live conversations that examine the intersection of power, policy, identity, justice, professional culture, and personal transformation.
